I Will Release My Booklet Soon. Fuel Your Creative Leadership in the Face of Uncertainty.
I am back with exciting news! I will release my first booklet in Week 9 this year.
As the new year began, I felt a renewed energy. This booklet aims to inspire the leader within each of us: creators, makers, independent and critical thinkers, brainstormers, dreamers, savvy geeks, learners, lovers, strategists, tree huggers, visionaries, and questioners who collaborate to solve complex challenges.
We look at how social media and digital platforms affect individual behaviour. This includes not only the positive aspects of content creation and community-building. It also includes subtle persuasion and misinformation.
Humans design them, and transnational corporations serve specific agendas. It would not be an issue if all the products were safe and designed to improve people’s lives. Seeing people as data points is a failure. As creative leaders, it prevents us from improving human well-being and the ecosystem through the outcomes we produce.
Interacting with off-the-beaten-path communities has given me a diverse set of cultural viewpoints. These perspectives embrace the unconventional. It is only possible if you experience it yourself. They drive innovation and independent thinking.
Working with people from various cultures and backgrounds has also helped me understand different ways of tackling challenges and uncertainty. It has led to forceful discussions and collaborations. Each perspective is unique and adds critical value to the working group. It presents different viewpoints on life. With more perspectives, we can solve challenges better for the outcomes we create. We develop empathy.
All this helped shape my view of the digital landscape. This approach combines scientific knowledge and a strong sense of life’s purpose with unconventional wisdom. I will dive into it in detail in the booklet.
The booklet is an ode to being more connected and spreading goodwill. Let’s change the direction if we want goodwill and design to prevail. Everything begins within ourselves. Complexity cannot paralyse us. We have to start.
