This week, I spent time packing my booklet, which I am thrilled to share it with you now.

In a world that urges us to choose convenience, it is easy to disconnect from our goals of improving the world.

The minimalist approach to complexity has had a profound impact on my way of living. It stressed the need for intentional tech use.

By relying too much on AI, we risk stifling our creative and problem-solving skills. This relationship with our senses and technology is dynamic. As technology evolves, so does our engagement with the world.

Being in remote areas for so long helped me see the value of using diverse cultural wisdom in modern life. Writing this booklet has been both a challenge and a revelation. The process revealed the urgent need for me to return to essential, ancient, and time-tested principles of growth and resilience.

This awareness can help us use technology. It sharpens our senses and critical thinking while technology being convenient. We then strive to be active participants in our lives, using technology as a tool rather than allowing it to dictate our experiences or decisions. We enhance our humanity.

We grow by discovering measurable ways to improve the world and our shared mindset. We elevate together.

To exist is to have a relationship with the world. The impact of technology on this relationship will help us realize our existence and enhance what makes us human.

In this booklet, I share my story and approach as a cross-disciplinary designer, living abroad and venturing off the beaten path. Whether you’re a creative or an explorer like me, you’ll find practical strategies inside to:

1. Regain your personal freedom in the face of digital overload. Here, you’ll simplify how much you need by asking yourself: what information do I need — and for what?

2. Outline timeless knowledge from ancient and non-traditional communities.

3. Blend innovation with a mindful approach to technology.
