Is there anything in your life that you would like to change? I believe each one of us can bring to mind something that we perceive as a problem within our life that we would like to solve or move beyond.

Use the breath of connection whenever you recognize you are carrying stress or any emotional or physical quality limiting you.

Let’s bring Einstein, one of human history’s greatest problem-solving minds, to give us an insight into how to do this. He reminded us, “No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.”

It implies that we must evolve our current level of consciousness to modify or solve our “problem” or that we must, at the very least, share responsibility for it.

We can hear the buzzwords of consciousness or mindfulness and recognize them as something we should aspire to, yet not understand what it means to “be conscious” or “act consciously” daily. So what is consciousness?

The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines it as:
a: the quality or state of awareness, especially of something within oneself.
b: the state or fact of being conscious of an external object, state or fact.

I would add being conscious is being able to dance the path between our conscious and subconscious minds. It is being responsive rather than reactive and being aware of the big picture of our global situation even when engaging with the smaller view of our daily life.

Therefore, being a conscious human is about making daily choices that evolve us to benefit all of creation. As modern mind-body research and medicine expand, our awareness and understanding allow us to grasp insights concerning the energy fields of our body.

Breakthroughs in the study of energy medicine and energy psychology illustrate energy fields are responsible for holding and expressing the patterns and habits coded in our cells and our neurological pathways.

Our energy fields are the fields of consciousness that our body responds to. These energy fields respond to thought instantaneously, with the psychological process happening much slower as chemicals get released into the body.

In her book “Molecules of Emotion, “ Candice Perth scientifically demonstrated that our body is our subconscious mind. Thus, our gateway into evolving our consciousness is the body.

This means as long as we have our body with us, we already have the greatest tool for evolving our consciousness; we need to know and practice some of the ways to affect the radiant body we are.

It may be consciously using the bread or other powerful ways for us to stay grounded in our present reality while evolving our consciousness and bringing more outstanding balance and expansion into our life.
